Singing bowls

Place the bowl in the open palm of your hand, and slowly run the special wooden stick around the circumference. A gentle humming sound will gradually be heard. Take your time; don't try too hard or push the stick too fast. It may help to close your eyes and try to visualize the almost other worldly sound you are hearing.
